High Cloud is a walkers dream. The Llangovan Circular Walk is 5 miles long and can be joined straight from the Farm Paths are good, can be muddy in fields and orchards, few gradual slopes. The footpath goes past a Mott and Bailey near the 16th century farm of Old Trecastle. The cider apple orchards at Springfield Cider extend to 100 acres. Large areas have been set aside toencourage wildlife habitat, and the orchard of east side of the brook lies within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
